Informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento Europeo sul trattamento dei dati personali (GDPR – Reg. U.E. 679/16)

ai sensi della normativa vigente in materia di protezione dei dati personali (GDPR 2016/679), desideriamo informarla che i trattamenti dei suoi dati sono effettuati con correttezza e trasparenza, per fini leciti e tutelando la sua riservatezza e i suoi diritti.

I dati presenti nel modulo saranno utilizzati, per le seguenti finalità:

per l’iscrizione e partecipazione al programma di fidelizzazione e relativa assistenza. La base giuridica risiede nell’esecuzione del contratto di cui l’interessato è parte (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR). I dati personali saranno conservati per tutta la durata della sua adesione al programma, salvo non debbano essere conservati per obblighi di legge o da normativa di settore. I dati trattati sono di tipo comune e comprendono nominativo, dati di contatto, indirizzo ecc.. .
per obblighi di legge: per adempiere ad obblighi previsti dalla legge, da un’Autorità, da un regolamento o dalla normativa europea (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c) GDPR). I dati saranno conservati per il periodo previsto dalla normativa.
per la salvaguardia dei diritti del Titolare. Tale finalità del trattamento è basata sul legittimo interesse da parte del Titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR). I dati saranno conservati per il periodo necessario allo scopo per cui i dati sono raccolti in conformità alla normativa applicabile (ad esempio, in materia di prescrizione).

La comunicazione dei dati è essenziale ai fini della partecipazione al programma di fidelizzazione.
Potranno venire a conoscenza dei dati da lei comunicati gli addetti al trattamento del titolare coinvolti nello svolgimento dei servizi da lei richiesti ed eventuali soggetti terzi convolti nello svolgimento delle medesime attività in qualità di responsabili del trattamento.

Le ricordiamo la facoltà di esercizio del diritto di chiedere al titolare del trattamento l'accesso ai dati personali, la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi, o la limitazione del trattamento che la riguarda e di opporsi a tale trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati; potrà esercitare tali diritti utilizzando i dati di contatto sopra riportati.
Il consenso manifestato potrà essere revocato in qualsiasi momento contattando il titolare agli indirizzi email indicati o utilizzando le modalità indicate dagli strumenti utilizzati per il trattamento.
Le ricordiamo inoltre la facoltà di rivolgersi per presentare un reclamo all’Autorità di controllo, in Italia rappresentata dal Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR 2016/679), we wish to inform you that the processing of your data is carried out fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and rights.

The data in the form will be used, for the following purposes:

for registration and participation in the loyalty program and related assistance. The legal basis lies in the execution of the contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Personal data will be retained for the duration of your membership in the program, unless they have to be retained for legal obligations or by industry regulations. The data processed are of a common type and include name, contact details, address, etc. .
for legal obligations: to comply with obligations under the law, an Authority, a regulation or European legislation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The data will be kept for the period provided for in the regulations.
for the protection of the rights of the Data Controller. This purpose of processing is based on legitimate interest on the part of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which the data are collected in accordance with the applicable legislation (e.g., statute of limitations).

Disclosure of data is essential for the purpose of participation in the loyalty program.
The data you have communicated may come to the attention of the owner's data processors involved in the performance of the services you have requested and any third parties involved in the performance of the same activities as data processors.

We remind you of your right to exercise your right to ask the data controller for access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or the restriction of processing concerning you and to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability; you may exercise these rights using the contact details above.

Die Daten im Formular werden für die folgenden Zwecke verwendet:

für die Registrierung und Teilnahme am Treueprogramm und die damit verbundene Betreuung. Die Rechtsgrundlage liegt in der Erfüllung des Vertrages, dessen Vertragspartei die betroffene Person ist (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Die personenbezogenen Daten werden für die Dauer Ihrer Mitgliedschaft im Programm aufbewahrt, es sei denn, sie müssen aufgrund gesetzlicher Verpflichtungen oder sektoraler Vorschriften aufbewahrt werden. Die verarbeiteten Daten sind von allgemeiner Art und umfassen Name, Kontaktdaten, Adresse usw. .
für gesetzliche Verpflichtungen: zur Erfüllung von Verpflichtungen, die durch ein Gesetz, eine Behörde, eine Verordnung oder europäische Rechtsvorschriften vorgeschrieben sind (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Die Daten werden für den in der Gesetzgebung vorgesehenen Zeitraum aufbewahrt.
zur Wahrung der Rechte des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen. Dieser Zweck der Verarbeitung beruht auf dem berechtigten Interesse des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Die Daten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für den Zweck, für den die Daten erhoben wurden, gemäß den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften erforderlich ist (z.B. Verjährung).

Die Bereitstellung der Daten ist für die Teilnahme am Treueprogramm erforderlich. Die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten können an die Mitarbeiter des für die Datenverarbeitung Verantwortlichen, die an der Erbringung der von Ihnen beantragten Dienstleistungen beteiligt sind, sowie an Dritte weitergegeben werden die als Datenverarbeiter an der Durchführung derselben Tätigkeiten beteiligt sind.

Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass Sie das Recht haben, von dem für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen oder die Einschränkung der Sie betreffenden Verarbeitung zu verlangen und gegen eine solche Verarbeitung Widerspruch einzulegen, sowie das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit; Sie können diese Rechte unter den oben genannten Kontaktdaten ausüben.
Die von Ihnen erteilte Einwilligung kann jederzeit widerrufen werden, indem Sie sich an den für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen unter den angegebenen E-Mail-Adressen wenden oder die von den für die Verarbeitung verwendeten Tools angegebenen Methoden verwenden. die für die Verarbeitung verwendet werden.
